What you'll do

Lead complex digital initiatives from initial opportunity identification through execution and measurable outcomes.
Translate customer pain points and commercial needs into clear requirements and technology solutions.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to influence roadmaps and solution development.
Establish ownership, milestones, dependencies, and risks across all cross-functional initiatives.
Build business cases that articulate customer impact, business value, and strategic trade-offs.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive product readiness and user adoption.
Communicate complex technical and business topics clearly to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading complex digital, technology, eCommerce, customer experience, or business transformation initiatives.
Ability to translate customer and business problems into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Business, Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams.
Ability to build compelling business cases and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leaders and influence without authority.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
