The Senior Manager, Technology Operations will join the Marketplace Seller Fulfillment Solutions team to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the global pre-purchase delivery experience portfolio. This role involves defining long-term business strategy and leading cross-functional teams to build scalable delivery promise and speed capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, and Finance teams to solve complex business challenges and improve delivery transparency and customer confidence. Key responsibilities include managing global initiatives for expedited delivery and speed programs while leveraging data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments. The role requires core competencies in project management, program operations, strategic leadership, and executive communication within the eCommerce, transportation, logistics, or supply chain domains to improve seller success and Marketplace growth.
Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for global pre-purchase delivery experience initiatives.
Lead cross-functional programs by aligning business, product, engineering, operations, and data science teams.
Develop scalable capabilities to improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, and seller performance.
Leverage data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments and manage risk.
Influence executive decision-making through clear communication of vision and measurable business outcomes.
Build organizational alignment and operational rigor to deliver complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
Manage global delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs to accelerate Marketplace growth.
What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, customer experience, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong strategic leadership skills to translate vision into measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
Deep analytical and financial acumen with a track record of using data to shape strategy and investment decisions.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
