Senior Lean Practitioner

What you'll do

• Lead and facilitate complex, high-visibility process improvement efforts across the enterprise.
• Operationalize Lean initiatives and AI enablement efforts to drive measurable results.
• Train and mentor others in continuous improvement tools, principles, and techniques.
• Develop, update, and tailor instructional materials and playbooks for diverse audiences.
• Integrate AI-driven insights into data architecture and analytics processes.
• Identify, capture, and standardize innovations and best practices across the organization.
• Improve and standardize enterprise policies, procedures, and operating practices.
• Assess business capability and capacity to support ongoing improvement efforts.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience implementing Lean principles and making recommendations for value stream improvements through culture transformation.
• 5+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops, including BPSM, AIW, 3P, Kaizen, VSM, Process Mapping, and DK.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to integrate insights into data architecture and analytics.
• Experience researching and applying large language and generative AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Project management certification (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 to meet export control requirements.
• Security Clearance.
