What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
  • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD, and other manufacturing systems.
  • Design and implement scalable data models and business logic to minimize upgrade friction.
  • Improve platform reliability and observability through tools like Datadog.
  • Establish engineering standards for code quality, architecture, and technical decision-making.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate production cycles.
  • Define architectural standards to move projects rapidly from concept to prototype to production.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development including ITK (C/C++), BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace.
  • Proficiency in programming languages Java, C++, and C#.
  • Experience with modern software practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Experience with database systems including SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server for data modeling and optimization.
