Key skills include expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), Linux system administration, debugging tools like TCPDUMP and Wireshark, and shell scripting languages such as Python and bash. Experience with large-scale networking environments and certifications like CCONP, CCIE, RHCE, and LFCS are highly valued.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Profound knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, Ethernet, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and QoS concepts.
Strong background in Linux OS system administration and networking with certifications like RHCE or LFCS.
Experience with AI solutions such as Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, Glean, and integration into daily work routines.
Ability to debug network protocols using tools like TCPDUMP, Wireshark, and other packet analysis software.
Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
