What you'll do

Resolve sophisticated customer technical issues through meticulous research and reproduction on Linux systems.
Provide technical support for NVIDIA Ethernet Switching technologies and Spectrum-X end-to-end solutions.
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone, email, and conference calls.
Troubleshoot issues during product installation, operation, maintenance, and multi-vendor interoperability.
Provide feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements and customer experience.
Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes and R&D improvements.
Debug networking protocols using tools like TCPDUMP and Wireshark.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
An academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience).
Established knowledge of enterprise platforms, systems engineering, Linux triage, servers, and hardware/OS internal issues.
Profound knowledge of networking protocols and routing including TCP, UDP, Ethernet, IP, L2, L3, ARP, STP, LACP, MLAG, IGMP, PIM, and BGP.
Linux OS system administration and networking skills, including LFCS or RHCSA.
Ability to debug networking protocols using tools such as TCPDUMP and Wireshark.
Deep understanding of at least two of the following: data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, or containers.
Experience in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure with overlay technologies, RoCE, and QoS concepts (preferred).
