Senior Global Solution Architect, Security

What you'll do

• Develop security plans and strategies for customers to transition to modern, cloud-native security practices using Microsoft solutions.
• Propose viable technical solutions based on specific Microsoft products and demonstrate complex concepts during design collaboration sessions.
• Apply deep knowledge of security architecture to meet business requirements and resolve technical blockers in the customer journey.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for specific Microsoft Security solutions during customer projects.
• Gather and analyze customer insights regarding technical preferences and business needs to map solutions to desired outcomes.
• Identify and remove technical obstacles to accelerate the consumption and deployment of security technologies.
• Author Voice-of-the-customer whitepapers to influence product roadmaps and internal intellectual property development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, or software development.
• 3+ years of success delivering complex technical security and compliance deployment projects and architecture for distributed infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge across cloud security computing domains including SIEM, XDR, Data Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Identity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft products such as Sentinel, Purview, Entra, and the Defender suite.
• Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud security, hybrid infrastructure security, and network security.
• Preferred certification in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Security architecture, CISSP, or CCSP.
