Director Security Cloud Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Americas Security Architects in a customer-facing capacity.
• Oversee security relationships and strategy between customers, field teams, and Engineering.
• Lead architecture reviews and manage technical escalations for security engagements.
• Influence product roadmaps by providing feedback to the Product Group and Engineering teams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior technical and business leaders to influence customer strategy.
• Develop and coach managers and technical leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive innovation, intellectual property development, and framework improvements across the organization.
• Map customer needs to technical solutions to drive adoption of AI-driven transformations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, or technical architect managers.
• Experience in a senior management role leading enterprise-level security teams and contributing to security strategy and innovation.
• Experience building and leading high-performing, technical, customer-facing security teams.
• Experience in driving change management, transformation, and technical adoption.
• Ability to hold CISO-level discussions with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including threat landscapes, attacker techniques, and defense strategies.
• Certification in Microsoft Security architecture, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent (preferred); Technical Certification in Cloud (preferred).
