What you'll do

Create test systems to support all phases of product development, including qualification and validation.
Test avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests.
Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages of development.
Participate in design reviews to identify issues and drive technical design choices.
Conduct root cause analysis to support vehicle integration and field operations.
Develop test systems for both new developments and active customer-operated hardware.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in an electrical testing lab environment.
Proficiency in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.
Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, and MIL-STD-1553.
Excellent communication skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and component suppliers in UAS programs (preferred).
8+ years of experience in programming test software like Python, PXI, cDAQ, or cRIO (preferred); 8+ years of design experience with Altium or other ECAD (preferred).
