What you'll do

Create technical support documentation including block diagrams, ICDs, and wiring interconnect diagrams.
Build and test avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests.
Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages of development.
Participate in design reviews to identify issues and drive critical design choices.
Conduct root cause analysis to support vehicle integration and field operations.
Support the development and testing of air vehicle designs alongside avionics and manufacturing teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years experience designing and integrating electrical systems into aerospace vehicles or missiles.
Proficiency in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.
Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces including CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, and MIL-STD-1553.
Excellent communication skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
12+ years experience designing and integrating electrical systems into aerospace vehicles or missiles (preferred).
Experience with aircraft avionics module vendors, component suppliers in UAS programs, and Siemens Capital software (preferred).
