  • Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews to identify issues and influence engineering design choices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to support vehicle integration and field operations.
  • Design electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in an electrical testing lab environment.
  • Proficiency in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.
  • Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces including CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, and MIL-STD-1553.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and component suppliers in UAS programs (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in programming test software such as Python, PXI, cDAQ, or cRIO (preferred); 5+ years of design experience with Altium or other ECAD (preferred).
