What you'll do

Own end-to-end EMC test readiness by translating designs into configurations and driving schedules across teams.
Create test systems to support all phases of product development, including qualification and validation.
Define cable harnesses, breakout interfaces, and specific hardware setups for testing.
Coordinate with software and firmware engineers to establish test modes, stimulation, and telemetry.
Configure and verify device operating modes prior to and during EMC testing.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test setups and configurations.
Manage the production and delivery of test hardware, fixtures, and support equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis to support vehicle integration and field operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience with NX CAD software for 3D modeling and drafting.
Proficiency in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.
Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces including CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, and MIL-STD-1553.
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering documentation tools.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
