Senior Director, Total Rewards

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver strategic compensation solutions including executive pay, bonus programs, and performance enablement.
• Oversee the administration of all regional and local benefit plans, including 401(k), insurance, and leave policies.
• Analyze internal data and competitive insights to identify opportunities for market differentiation.
• Prepare annual executive compensation and benefits proposals for review by the Compensation Committee.
• Manage the selection, enrollment, and distribution processes for various employee benefit vendors.
• Execute quarterly and semi-annual incentive cycles and manage the Management by Objective (MBO) plan.
• Establish metrics to track and report on compensation and benefits performance.
• Ensure all programs remain compliant with government regulations and current market trends.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics is preferred.
• 16+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated progression in roles and leadership over time.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in compensation consulting is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Workday and Advanced MS Excel is required for technical tasks.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use data visualization.
