Senior Director, Strategy and Portfolio Management

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan to align with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the SVP regarding financial priorities and operating model decisions.
• Establish and govern the enterprise portfolio management framework for Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud Services.
• Manage portfolio prioritization and make final decisions on funding, resource allocation, and project timing.
• Drive the organizational transformation agenda, including operating model evolution and workforce strategy.
• Oversee business operations including strategic planning, financial management, and executive reporting systems.
• Lead organizational communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency across all business units.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in portfolio management, business operations, and change management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other relevant project management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and engagement skills to influence decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to develop visual content and deliver presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent, coach, mentor, and build effective teams.
• Experience managing large, complex, and dynamic budgets.
• Proven experience leading in large, global, distributed matrixed environments.
• Work authorization in the United States.
