What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.

Expertise in programming languages including Java, Python, Angular, and GenAI.
Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Proficiency in Oracle database management and optimization.
Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects and managing budgets and resources.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering models.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and security; deep working knowledge of Microservices and Data Lakes (preferred).
