What you'll do

Set the strategic direction for Data and AI technology platforms.
Manage multiple departments focused on Transactional and Analytics Data and AI systems.
Scale multi-department strategies for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
Establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse across AI-orchestrated workflows.
Prepare data applications and models for consumption by AI Agents.
Provide high-level leadership and oversight for employee populations across multiple platforms and divisions.
Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus on competing objectives.
Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations across the business, product, and technology teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in software engineering.
At least 5 years of experience building and managing large scale, critical, and complex distributed data management systems.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of Data and AI technologists.
Proven track record of delivering complex trading or financial systems in a global banking environment.
Strong data engineering foundations including experience with complex data models, ETL/ELT patterns, and multi-modal Search techniques (preferred).
