What you'll do

Lead and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Develop and deliver new AI tools and mature the enterprise AI ecosystem.
Design and implement full-stack development tools and technical solutions.
Break down monolithic applications into scalable microservice architectures.
Deploy new and existing applications into AWS cloud environments.
Establish and manage the company's AI Context Strategy.
Improve engineering velocity and software development practices across the organization.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 7 years of experience in people management.
Experience with technologies including node.js, Java, GO, AngularJS, React, Python, REST, JSON, XML, Ruby, Perl, NoSQL, relational databases, Hadoop, Chef, Maven, iOS, Android, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience leading, managing, and growing multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
13+ years of experience in software engineering (preferred).
8+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completion (preferred).
