What you'll do

Lead and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers while mentoring their professional development.
Develop and mature the enterprise AI ecosystem and the company's AI Context Strategy.
Deliver new AI tools to improve how developers engage with artificial intelligence.
Design, develop, and support full-stack technical solutions for developer experience and tooling.
Break existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and deploy them into AWS environments.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all engineering products.
Improve software engineering practices and team velocity across the organization.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 7 years of experience in people management.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
13+ years of experience in software engineering (preferred).
8+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion (preferred).
