What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools.
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all software solutions.
Break existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and build new microservices.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Work with product managers to define desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Continuously improve software engineering practices and team velocity.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 7 years of experience in people management.
Experience in node.js, Java, GO, AngularJS, React, Python, REST, JSON, XML, Ruby, Perl, NoSQL, relational databases, Hadoop, Chef, Maven, iOS, Android, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience leading, managing, and mentoring multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting full-stack development tools and technologies within Agile teams.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
13+ years of experience in software engineering (preferred).
8+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
