What we're looking for
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
15+ years of software engineering experience.
10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles managing large, multi-disciplinary engineering organizations of over 100 engineers.
Proven track record delivering complex software systems in defense, aerospace, robotics, or autonomous vehicles with mission-critical requirements.
Deep technical expertise in areas such as embedded systems, mobile platforms (Android/Linux), distributed systems, AR/VR/XR, networking, or real-time graphics.
Ability to work onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
