Deep expertise across multiple domains: embedded systems, mobile platforms, distributed systems, AR/VR/XR technologies, networking, and real-time graphics.
Strong ability to drive execution across complex programs, maintaining technical quality while meeting delivery commitments.
Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior military leaders.
Experience building and scaling engineering teams with a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
