What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple product-focused software engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in software development.
At least 5 years of experience in people management.
5+ years of experience in Agile practices is preferred.
Experience with technologies including Java, Node.js, Go, Python, and various front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices architecture, and big data tools like Spark.
Ability to lead multiple teams, mentor engineers, and improve software engineering practices.
