What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members.
Collaborate with product managers to define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Improve software engineering practices and increase the velocity of engineering teams.
Design, develop, test, and support full-stack solutions using Agile methodologies.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all technical solutions.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Break existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and build new microservices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in software development.
10+ years of experience in software development is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in people management.
5+ years of experience in Agile practices preferred.
Experience with technologies including Java, Python, Node.js, Go, and AWS/Cloud infrastructure.
Experience with full-stack development, microservices architecture, and Big Data tools like Spark.
