JOB TITLE: Director, Software Engineer As a Director, Software Engineer, you will lead, manage, and grow multiple product-focused software engineering teams while mentoring engineers on their professional and technical development. You will work with product managers to design, develop, test, and support technical solutions across a full-stack development lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include breaking down monolithic applications into microservice architectures, improving software engineering practices, and leading efforts to deploy applications into AWS environments. You will utilize a diverse technology stack including node.js, Java, GO, AngularJS, React, Python, REST, JSON, XML, Ruby, Perl, NoSQL, relational databases, Spark, Artifactory, Maven, iOS, Android, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure. This role focuses on building customer-facing web and mobile applications, highly-available RESTful microservices, and back-end Java systems using Machine learning models.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

At least 7 years’ experience in software development.
At least 5 years’ experience in people management.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years’ of experience in software development (preferred).
5+ years’ of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience with technologies including node.js, Java, GO, AngularJS, React, Python, REST, JSON, XML, Ruby, Perl, NoSQL, Spark, and AWS.
Experience leading multiple teams to design, develop, and support full-stack technical solutions.
