JOB TITLE: Senior Director Software Engineering As a Senior Director Software Engineering, you will lead multiple high-performing teams of product-focused software engineers to define the future of banking in the cloud. You will drive engineering strategy, manage long-term technical architecture standards, and translate business goals into scalable enterprise platforms. Your daily responsibilities include mentoring engineers, shaping talent strategy, and overseeing the full lifecycle of system development from conception through production support. What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
Align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities in partnership with senior leaders.
Drive talent strategy, including succession planning, skill development, and active recruiting.
Mentor engineers and managers on their professional and technical development.
Design, develop, test, and support full-stack technical solutions within Agile teams.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all software solutions.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 7 years of people management experience.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
At least 9 years of experience in Data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and cloud computing (preferred).
