What we're looking for

  • At least 9 years’ experience in software development.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in AI development.
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
  • 13+ years’ of experience in software development (preferred).
  • 8+ years’ of experience in AI best practices (preferred).
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams of AI and machine learning software engineers.
  • Expertise in LLM orchestration, generative AI pipelines, MLOps, and distributed cloud technologies.
