What you'll do

Define the long-term portfolio vision, market strategy, and unified roadmap for robotics, perception, and embodied AI.
Manage the transition of scientific advancements through incubation, productization, launch, and large-scale deployment.
Establish portfolio metrics, investment gates, quality standards, and production-readiness criteria across the organization.
Make critical resource and investment trade-offs regarding research, shared platforms, and vertical solutions.
Own business cases including pricing, packaging, adoption, revenue, margin, and resource efficiency for the robotics portfolio.
Build executive relationships with strategic customers to influence their technology direction and requirements.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing organization of senior product managers and leaders.
Align cross-functional leaders in engineering, hardware, safety, and sales on shared goals and priorities.

What we're looking for

Hold a BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
Possess at least 15 years of product management experience.
Have 8+ years of people-management or technical-leadership experience.
Include at least 2 years of experience leading an organization that includes other managers or senior leaders.
Demonstrate strong technical understanding of robotics, perception, embodied AI, simulation, edge computing, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience commercializing research-intensive, probabilistic, or safety-relevant technologies.
Manage portfolio strategy, investment planning, product economics, budgets, and executive decision-making.
Possess proven ability to recruit talent, develop senior leaders, and establish scalable organizational processes.
