What you'll do

Define multi-year program roadmaps, investment priorities, and milestones for robotics and OCI initiatives.
Lead cross-functional execution across the Robotics Control Plane, AI platform, hardware, and data center programs.
Establish governance models, KPIs, and reporting rhythms for executive stakeholders.
Drive launch readiness, risk mitigation, and production rollout for robotics capabilities.
Coordinate simulation, lab validation, and field deployment plans across OCI data center use cases.
Manage program-level issues, trade-offs, and escalation paths involving software, hardware, safety, and security.
Partner with Applied Science teams to define requirements and production-readiness criteria for robotics systems.
Enable vendor integration for robotic hardware, firmware lifecycles, and fleet maintenance.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Technical Program Management or equivalent technical leadership experience.
Demonstrated success delivering complex cloud, infrastructure, robotics, AI, or data center programs.
Experience leading cross-organizational technical initiatives independently.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, robotics, and hardware/software co-development.
Experience partnering with scientists and engineers to productize probabilistic or nondeterministic systems.
Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
Strong customer, analytical, written, and executive-presentation skills.
