What you'll do

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers to deliver the Windows AI platform roadmap.
  • Define and execute long-term product strategies for AI/ML model enablement, agentic systems, and orchestration runtimes.
  • Author and drive the adoption of open protocols and interoperability specifications across industry standards bodies.
  • Translate emerging AI trends into shippable products and specifications with clear KPIs and conformance criteria.
  • Manage cross-functional milestones with engineering, marketing, and partner teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Deliver high-stakes technical presentations on product roadmaps to customers, partners, and executive leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and ecosystem demands to adjust portfolio decisions and technical specifications.
  • Drive long-term innovation and IP strategy, including patents and contributions to industry standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
  • Experience directing comprehensive product strategy from conception through end of life.
  • Expertise in AI/ML models, agentic systems, orchestration, and protocols/standards.
  • Experience delivering Windows-ecosystem AI products using local accelerators (CPU, GPU, NPU).
  • Knowledge of edge AI APIs/DDIs, SDKs (e.g., DirectX, WinML, OpenCL), and AI middleware like llama.cpp.
  • 15+ years of Product Management or related technical work experience (preferred).
  • 5+ years of people-leadership experience and 4+ years in a large, matrixed organization (preferred).
