What you'll do

  • Lead product strategy and management for the Oracle Application Platform (OAP) shared platform.
  • Manage a team of 10+ product managers and UX designers to drive platform standardization and adoption.
  • Own the product roadmap, intake, prioritization, and delivery commitments for Fusion and Industries Cloud Applications.
  • Partner with engineering VPs to define AI-assisted operations, intelligent automation, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to align the product portfolio with strategic goals and competitive strategies.
  • Establish success criteria and performance metrics, including OKRs and KPIs, for multiple products and features.
  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts, including early adopter recruitment, user documentation, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide strategic oversight for resolving complex, high-stakes customer issues and ensuring customer-centric development.
