The Director, Product Management joins the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team to lead the software portfolio that helps customers provision, manage, secure, and troubleshoot OCI Compute. This role leads the product management team responsible for the common software experience across virtual machines, bare metal, and compute fleets. The Director will oversee the development of instance provisioning and lifecycle, images and configuration, fleet management, telemetry and health, diagnostics and recovery, and compute security features. These capabilities are essential for GPU customers as well. The Director will work closely with the product manager responsible for GPU systems and with hardware teams. The role focuses on solving technical problems related to compute fleet management and ensuring reliable software experiences for diverse infrastructure types within the cloud environment.
Lead the software portfolio for provisioning, managing, securing, and troubleshooting OCI Compute.
Manage the product management team responsible for the common software experience across virtual machines and bare metal.
Oversee instance provisioning, lifecycle management, and image configuration.
Direct the development of fleet management, telemetry, health, and diagnostics features.
Manage compute security features for standard and GPU customers.
Coordinate with the GPU systems product management team on shared capabilities.
Partner with hardware teams to align software and hardware functionality.
