What you'll do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare analytics products.
Translate healthcare business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
Drive development of dashboards, reporting tools, self-service analytics, and AI/ML-enabled healthcare solutions.
Ensure all products align with healthcare data privacy, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Prioritize roadmap items based on customer value, regulatory needs, clinical impact, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, launch readiness, and customer adoption.
Define KPIs to measure product success, including adoption, workflow efficiency, and care quality.
Mentor product managers and cross-functional contributors as needed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of product management experience with analytics, BI, data products, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
3+ years of experience in the healthcare, payer, provider, public health, healthcare analytics, or life sciences domain.
Experience developing product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, business cases, and launch plans.
Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance considerations such as HIPAA, PHI handling, security, auditability, and role-based access.
Experience partnering with engineering, data science, UX, clinical, compliance, and customer-facing teams.
MBA, MHA, MPH, or advanced degree in a healthcare, business, analytics, or technology discipline (preferred).
Experience with EHR/EMR platforms, claims analytics, payer-provider data exchange, or clinical quality reporting (preferred).
