What you'll do

  • Identify opportunities to expand user segments, improve onboarding, and accelerate time-to-value across the developer journey.
  • Manage the growth measurement and experimentation framework to identify friction and scale successful initiatives.
  • Mentor Product Managers to foster a culture of innovation and strategic problem-solving.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and sales strategies regarding pricing and monetization.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to align technical roadmaps and resource allocation for growth outcomes.
  • Conduct direct research and analyze usage data to translate customer signals into differentiated product opportunities.
  • Present growth updates and learnings in business reviews to influence executive decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 4+ years leading Product-Led Growth or adjacent self-service growth motions at SaaS, cloud, or developer-centric companies.
  • Background in engineering including computer science, electrical, or software fields.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and monetization.
  • Experience building programmatic product experiences for developer-centric requirements like IAM, integrations, and automation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor a team of Product Managers.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including defining growth metrics and evaluating experiments.
  • Familiarity with open-source software, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI/ML products.
