The Senior Director Product Management, Growth leads a team responsible for the end-to-end product-led growth journey for MongoDB Community Edition and MongoDB Atlas. What we're looking for
10+ years of Product Management experience.
4+ years leading Product-Led Growth, Growth Product, or adjacent self-service growth motions at SaaS, cloud, or developer-centric companies.
Background in engineering, including computer science, electrical, or software.
Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and monetization.
Experience building programmatic product experiences with a deep understanding of developer-centric requirements like IAM, integrations, and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex product ideas and evangelize growth initiatives.
Data-driven and business-minded ability to define growth metrics, interpret funnel behavior, and evaluate experiments.
Familiarity with AI/ML products or cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
