What you'll do

  • Orchestrate the design, build, and evolution of new product concepts in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
  • Manage a team of product directors and managers while providing coaching and mentorship on product quality.
  • Develop and execute aggressive but achievable roadmaps for new features and products.
  • Validate product-market fit using data and qualitative feedback to decide whether to iterate, pivot, or shut down projects.
  • Represent the New Business unit in broader organizational meetings and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks.
  • Translate complex strategies into concise, customer-centric product requirements and vision documents.
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 12+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end product experiences in the media space is required.
  • Experience launching new products and features, including navigating "0-1" projects and ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in people management with a team of at least 5 people.
  • Ability to create concise, customer-centric product requirements and vision documents with compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and using data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience developing consumer-facing experiences across multiple platforms like web, mobile, and newsletters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
