The Senior Director, Product Management leads product management for the Molecular Platform and Robotics Automation efforts. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Molecular Platform and Robotics Automation.

Translate complex customer needs from scientists and laboratory operators into scalable product requirements and capabilities.
Determine the long-term strategy for integrating robotics, lab instruments, and cloud services into unified workflows.
Negotiate trade-offs regarding scope, sequencing, reliability, safety, cost, and time to market with cross-functional engineering teams.
Represent product direction to senior leadership and stakeholders to build alignment across various internal departments.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of product management, strategy, design, or related experience for technical enterprise software, cloud services, platforms, automation systems, or data products.
Experience leading and developing product managers or cross-functional product teams.
Demonstrated experience setting product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success measures for complex customer-facing products.
Experience working with technically demanding enterprise customers to translate detailed workflows into scalable product capabilities.
Strong technical judgment across cloud platforms, distributed systems, data platforms, workflow orchestration, APIs, automation systems, or AI-enabled products.
Exceptional written, analytical, customer-engagement, and executive-communication skills.
Experience with scientific data platforms, laboratory informatics, life sciences, robotics, lab automation, industrial automation, or hardware-software products (preferred).
