What you'll do

  • Lead discovery processes to identify unmet business needs and transformational use cases across the global system.
  • Develop business cases, value assessments, and investment recommendations to guide executive decision-making.
  • Execute experimentation efforts, including proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products, to validate business value.
  • Guide Product Owners in translating complex business challenges into scalable product concepts and requirements.
  • Establish governance frameworks that balance rapid experimentation with investment discipline and risk management.
  • Create repeatable innovation frameworks to accelerate the transition from initial ideas to scalable enterprise products.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, innovation management, digital transformation, technology strategy, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience leading digital product teams, innovation organizations, or enterprise technology initiatives within large global organizations.
  • Proven experience identifying, evaluating, and scaling innovative digital products, platforms, or business capabilities that delivered measurable value.
  • Demonstrated success in product discovery, experimentation, opportunity assessment, business case development, and value realization activities.
  • Strong understanding of modern product management disciplines, agile methodologies, and digital product development practices.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
