What you'll do

Maintain project schedules, action registers, meeting notes, issue logs, and risk trackers.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Track submittals, commissioning evidence, punch lists, and operational handoff materials.
Gather updates from cross-functional teams to support project readiness reviews.
Prepare concise status summaries, milestone updates, and leadership-ready action reports.
Monitor open items to ensure clear ownership, due dates, and escalation paths.
Manage procurement tracking, vendor coordination, site visit planning, and document routing.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reporting templates and documentation standards.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Must have 5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or data center support.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
Experience coordinating projects in mission-critical facilities, data centers, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
Proficiency in document control, including versioning, completeness, and auditability.
Ability to manage project schedules, action logs, meeting notes, and risk trackers.
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Jira, or SharePoint.
