What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, engineering, business, operations, project management, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction administration, data center delivery, facilities operations, or infrastructure delivery.
Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated ability to identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies for complex workstreams.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership.
Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Jira, or SharePoint (preferred).
Familiarity with construction lifecycle processes including RFIs, submittals, commissioning, and closeout (preferred).
Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, CCM, OSHA, or project controls (preferred).
