  • Build a growth strategy within DOW Program Executive Offices to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril’s tactical reconnaissance and strike capabilities.
  • Identify and structure resource planning for PES business line financial forecast, driving favorable contract terms.
  • Lead end-to-end capture of major domestic and international opportunities from proposal strategy to product delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction.
  • Assist in informing the PES division’s strategic growth and long-range planning.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of business development or sales capture experience in government or private sector.
  • Proven track record of shaping and capturing complex defense programs within DoD and USG.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, scaling large Program of Record growth.
  • Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for business development activities.
