Associate Director, Strategic Execution

What you'll do

• Manage pipelines, planning processes, and resource prioritization in partnership with Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Analyze top-line data and maintain TAM assignments to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Translate sales pipeline demand into actionable planning inputs for growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve recurring business process challenges using quantitative analysis to drive improvements.
• Distill complex data into strategic narratives tailored for executive stakeholders.
• Execute multiple special projects across various departments as they arise.
• Manage the transition of drone products from initial concepts to operational systems.

What we're looking for

• You must have 4-10 years of experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, or in finance or consulting.
• You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly.
• You must be proficient with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• You should demonstrate knowledge in defense acquisitions and government contract structures.
• Experience in military, contracting, or DoD/Government environments is preferred.
• You must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
• You must be able to navigate ambiguity and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• You must have a high aptitude for rapid learning and data-driven problem solving.
