What we're looking for
12+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in capital markets software development.
Deep technical expertise in high-performance computing, quantitative modeling, AI/ML, and real-time data processing systems.
Proven track record of leading technical collaborations with engineering teams on architectural design and benchmarking.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from developers to executives.
Experience building or optimizing quantitative finance or trading systems, including pricing models and risk engines.
Familiarity with GPU acceleration technologies like CUDA-X libraries and AI frameworks in financial applications.
