Your daily work involves translating platform roadmaps into research opportunities, managing programs at major scientific conferences like NeurIPS and SC, and collaborating across internal teams to align ecosystem strategies. You will champion the full accelerated computing stack, including CUDA libraries, NeMo, BioNeMo, PhysicsNeMo, Earth-2, Omniverse, RAPIDS, TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, and NIM. This role focuses on solving technical challenges in frontier AI research, scientific computing, and domain-specific applications such as life sciences, physics, robotics, quantum, and climate science.

What you'll do

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Developer Relations Managers across various scientific domains.
  • Architect a comprehensive engagement strategy to target academic labs and research consortia.
  • Translate the NVIDIA platform roadmap into relevant opportunities for frontier AI and scientific research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with PIs, lab directors, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Promote NVIDIA's full technology stack, including CUDA libraries and domain-specific AI models, to researchers.
  • Establish NVIDIA’s presence at major AI and scientific conferences through workshops and programs.
  • Translate researcher feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computational Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Overall industry and research experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing teams in developer relations, research engagement, or technical partnerships.
  • Deep technical proficiency in foundational AI (LLMs, training, inference) and AI for science (scientific computing, simulation).
  • Proven track record of engaging senior research stakeholders with credibility and strategic intent.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption through technical enablement, community programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies such as CUDA, TensorRT-LLM, NeMo, BioNeMo, PhysicsNeMo, Earth-2, Omniverse, RAPIDS, or NIM.
  • Established relationships with academic labs, research consortia, and major open-source research communities.
