As a Senior Developer Relations Manager — Security and AI Software, you will join the team to engage developers, SREs, and security practitioners within a key named software account. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate, driving the integration of NVIDIA libraries, frameworks, and models into platforms like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and AI Defense. Your daily responsibilities include developing technical resources such as sample code and demo pipelines, mapping the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, and delivering technical talks at conferences and workshops. You will work with engineering and product teams to translate developer sentiment into actionable intelligence. The role requires expertise in observability, security operations, and AI platforms, specifically involving logging, metrics pipelines, distributed tracing, SIEM/SOAR, cloud-native architectures, and AI security frameworks to solve complex challenges in the software ecosystem.
Integrate NVIDIA libraries, frameworks, and models into partner products like Splunk and AppDynamics.
Serve as a technical advisor to developers and SREs regarding observability, security, and AI platforms.
Provide sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to accelerate developer onboarding and integration.
Map the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmaps.
Resolve technical challenges and gather field insights to influence internal product strategy.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in observability, data analytics, monitoring, or security software.
Proven experience leading and scaling developer programs at major technology companies or with ISVs.
Significant technical depth in observability, security, and AI software including logging pipelines, distributed tracing, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, and delivering technical talks.
Ability to distill complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
Familiarity with the Splunk platform or other products like AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or Cisco AI Defense (preferred).
