What you'll do

Serve as a technical advisor to banking developers to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
Demonstrate AI/ML solutions that integrate the NVIDIA stack into developer products and pipelines.
Create technical enablement resources like sample code, guides, and demonstration pipelines for banking problems.
Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs to encourage co-innovation.
Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and develop adoption strategies.
Engage with partner engineering teams to solve technical challenges and promote best practices for integration.
Advocate for partner technical needs and field feedback to influence internal product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.
Minimum of 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in a designated ecosystem.
Proven experience leading and growing developer programs for the banking vertical, banking ISVs, or banks with leading AI teams.
Significant technical proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and vertical-specific frameworks for financial services.
Experience leading technical collaborations including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical talks or workshops.
Proven ability to structure complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building vertical-specific solutions or working with workloads like Graph Neural Networks and optimized GenAI inference (preferred).
