Developer Relations Manager, Payments will join the Financial Services team to engage payment developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. This senior role involves building technical expertise in AI/ML workloads within payments while serving as a trusted resource for developers at software providers, networks, and fintechs. You will integrate NVIDIA’s software stack, including tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints into real-world projects to accelerate adoption of advanced computing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing code samples, demo pipelines, and hands-on assistance while monitoring ecosystem trends to inform engineering and product teams. You will also present at industry conferences and collaborate with stakeholders to solve integration challenges for use cases like fraud detection and agentic commerce. Required skills include proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, cloud services, and experience with frameworks such as Dynamo-Triton, RAPIDS, NeMo, and NIM.
Serve as a technical advocate and resource for developers to drive adoption of NVIDIA’s AI and computing platforms in the payments sector.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
At least 3 years of direct hands-on experience in financial services.
Experience working with developer programs, technical ecosystems, or financial services and payments ISVs.
Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, pipelines, cloud services, and modern software frameworks or SDKs.
Ability to perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and deliver technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with NVIDIA platforms and frameworks such as Dynamo-Triton, RAPIDS, NeMo, or NIM is preferred.
Experience building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs is preferred.
