What you'll do

Manage the construction of data centers by colocation providers to ensure they meet schedule, quality, and design requirements.
Oversee the base building and MEP infrastructure portions of data center projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating with colocation providers on key milestones.
Analyze project risk profiles independently to identify gaps and inform the business of potential impacts.
Coordinate and integrate tenant fit-out projects with base building construction during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Implement quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers for clear communication.
Provide ongoing evaluation input regarding colocation providers to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in project management or construction.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience managing the construction of data centers performed by colocation providers is required.
Expertise in base building and MEP infrastructure projects is required.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for timely delivery of milestones.
Ability to independently evaluate risk profiles and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
Ability to coordinate tenant fit out projects with base building construction.
Experience ensuring construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
