What you'll do

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in data center operations, technical support, or engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise server, storage, and networking technologies.
Proven ability to create clear, actionable documentation for complex technical concepts.
Experience analyzing and improving operational processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on process documentation quality.
