What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams to resolve incidents and manage escalated technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate operational risks.
Conduct root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Oversee new region builds, expansion projects, and site construction timelines.
Manage inventory, logistics, and the installation of network physical infrastructure.
Direct the procurement and implementation of high-level hardware upgrades and repairs.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Experience managing data center site portfolios including performance monitoring, analysis, and infrastructure upgrades.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases.
Ability to oversee new region builds, expansion projects, and logistics management.
Capability to coordinate complex tasks, mentor junior team members, and participate in the talent development pipeline.
