What you'll do

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and resilience across data center operations.
Lead and manage a team of Facility Managers and operational staff across multiple sites.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements and safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing standardized processes and automation technologies.
Manage the financial aspects of operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, clients, partners, and vendors.
Manage relationships with strategic vendors to ensure contract compliance and high service quality.
Develop and maintain robust business continuity plans, including disaster recovery and crisis response.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
10+ years of work experience in data centers.
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively before leadership groups, tenants, and employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Ability to travel to locations throughout the United States.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or construction (preferred).
Experience with Data Center Dashboard products, Corrigo, MCIM/Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow (preferred).
