The Senior Director, Data Center Operations leads large-scale data center operations across a major North American site, overseeing an organization of approximately 250 people. Lead large-scale data center operations across North American sites covering both deployment and production phases.

Create scalable environments by prioritizing automation, tooling, and process engineering over increasing headcount.
Oversee technician teams responsible for hardware deployment, break/fix activities, and GPU rack installation.
Develop and execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy for new infrastructure technologies.
Establish high-standard spare parts and inventory management systems to ensure hardware availability.
Drive cross-functional partnerships with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to improve the lifecycle of data centers.
Develop a leadership bench and organizational capabilities to support continuous infrastructure growth.
What we're looking for
Significant experience leading large-scale, people-intensive operations in data centers, cloud infrastructure, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing.
Proven experience operating at hyperscale and building systems that allow for growth without proportional headcount increases.
Demonstrated ability to design operating models that manage work, capacity, throughput, productivity, quality, and performance systematically.
Strong systems and software mindset with a track record of using automation, tooling, data, and process engineering.
Deep experience in data center hardware operations including deployment, break/fix, GPU rack installation, and inventory management.
Technical depth to engage effectively with engineering teams regarding compute and GPU architectures.
Experience developing or scaling new product introduction (NPI) processes in complex infrastructure environments.
Proficiency in Change Management, Data Center Operations, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Information Technology Infrastructure Management, and Server Hardware.
