What you'll do

Manage operational responsibility for one or more data center sites to ensure performance and alignment with business goals.
Monitor and analyze key metrics including power, cooling, capacity, and environmental conditions to improve site reliability.
Lead on-site resources through incident resolution while managing escalated technical issues and tracking progress to completion.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and Root Cause Analysis reports.
Implement automation tools and monitoring systems to reduce operational risk and prevent recurring infrastructure issues.
Support new region builds and large-scale deployment activities as a liaison between project teams and engineering.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of data center components and physical network infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in data center operations, including site portfolio management and infrastructure maintenance is required.
Proficiency in performance monitoring for power, cooling, security, and environmental conditions is required.
Ability to implement automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to reduce operational risk is required.
Skills in technical documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, runbooks, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports are required.
A government security clearance is considered a plus to support cleared programs.
