What you'll do

Manage and oversee the daily operations, health, and performance of one or more data centers.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement proactive infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams to resolve incidents and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve internal processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network hardware.
Ensure facility stability by maintaining power systems, cooling, and air flow configurations.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Experience is required in performing root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents or crises.
Experience is required in managing data center site portfolios, including infrastructure upgrades and installations.
Experience is required in implementing advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Candidates must be able to lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Experience is required in overseeing new region builds and expansion projects as a primary liaison.
Ability to partner across functions to implement process improvements using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
