What you'll do

Manage day-to-day inventory, material tracking, and warehouse logistics within the data center lab environment.
Receive, inspect, process, store, and track inbound and outbound hardware assets and materials.
Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and shipping documentation to ensure accurate traceability.
Perform SAP transactions and maintain precise inventory records for material visibility.
Coordinate the movement of materials between engineering, testing, failure analysis, and logistics teams.
Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities to resolve discrepancies.
Partner with logistics providers to manage shipment planning and track material movements.
Assist with equipment staging, deployments, relocations, and asset recovery activities.

What we're looking for

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management and material tracking.
Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, or supply chain activities.
Experience working in a data center, laboratory, semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, or technology environment.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft applications.
Experience supporting engineering labs, technical operations, or hardware development environments.
Knowledge of receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and material handling processes.
Ability to handle technical equipment, hardware systems, boards, servers, high-value assets, or controlled materials.
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is a plus.
