What you'll do

Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of quota-carrying Customer Engineers.
Manage the team's opportunity pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts for new business and expansion.
Hold accountability for meeting team targets regarding acquisition, adoption, and customer retention.
Join customer calls to provide real-time coaching on technical architecture and executive communication.
Drive operational excellence by managing GTM processes, including account planning and QBR cadences.
Champion the integration of AI tools and automated workflows to reduce administrative toil for the team.
Serve as a cross-functional advocate to align product, engineering, and marketing teams with field feedback.

What we're looking for

Must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Requires 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying customer-facing technical teams in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
Must possess the ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Must demonstrate success owning and forecasting revenue numbers in an enterprise B2B SaaS or infrastructure environment.
Requires excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both engineers and C-level executives.
Must be proficient in AI-augmented workflows, LLMs, and automation tools to improve team productivity.
Must demonstrate technical fluency in at least two of the following: internet fundamentals, security, performance, or platform/cloud technologies.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without a license.
